Actually the wikipedia article suggests that there is a vaccine. However the WHO does not recommend its use - probably because the vast majority of people aren't at risk of catching it and because if you do catch it, it can be easily treated with modern antibiotics.
Contrary to antivaxxer beliefs, when the risks of a vaccine outweigh the benefits, the vaccine is no longer recommended!
