Bang Bang singer Nancy Sinatra Jr. shared the sad news on Twitter in the early hours of this morning, telling her 186,000 followers: “My mother passed away peacefully tonight at the age of 101.
“She was a blessing and the light of my life.
“Godspeed, Momma,” she wrote. “Thank you for everything.”
She also shared a link to the Sinatra family website, which featured an announcement which read: “Nancy Barbara Sinatra, March 25, 1917 - July 13, 2018.
“Godspeed, Momma and than you for everything you did for us and for the world.”
