A few pendantic points

Tribal sovereignty is always subordinate to the US Federal Government. Think of them more akin to states in that respect. People living on the reservations are still (generally) US Citizens. Related to the above, federal law enforcement has jurisdiction on reservations. While the local PD cannot enforce local laws on there, they can 'extradite' people who break local laws with only a verbal OK from the reservation PD, assuming they are large enough to actually have one.

Said the dude who don't know what that res-life bout. It's fucking bleak, man. I'm not saying people can't be happy on a reservation, but it's definitely bleak.
