This reminds me of an old woman who used to call me once a month looking for a guy named Scott (not me). Same conversation every time.
Me: "Hello?"
Her: "Scott?"
Me: "No, I think you have the wrong number, I don't know anyone named Scott"
Her: "is this [my number]?"
Me: "Yes"
Her: "Oh okay" hangs up, calls again 5 minutes later
Me: "Hello again, this still isn't Scott"
Her: "Okay, thank you" hangs up
This went on for about a year, she hasn't called in a few months. I hope she finally found Scott's number.
