I had a coin machine at a bank malfunction once. A coin got jammed and it kept counting. I had maybe 25$ in my jar and it kept counting to 85$. I told the bank teller and she said we have to pay you what the paper says regardless. I'm like okay.
Had a relative who owned a gas station at one point. He’d been working crazy hours-72 hours straight at that point-and he put up the wrong price. About 40 cents cheaper. They got cleaned out-basically every trucker in the vicinity got in their radio.
