The biggest shock here is that you have seen it on a road. Most of these super wealthy car collectors hide them away. Like drain the fluids out of them, wrap them up and put them in temperature controlled storage so not even light can damage them.
Props to this guy, he's allowing us car nerds a bit of benefit from his insane purchase. I'd love to see one in the flesh.
