Having been graduated for about a year and a half, I've realized that that's all companies really care about: experience. When I first graduated and had only a summer internship under my belt, trying to find a job was a bitch. Eventually, I ended up getting hired at the place I interned at part-time so I could gain experience. Now that I have just a little over a year of experience, job hunting has become 10 times easier. I've been getting so many interviews and emails showing interest in my applications that it's kind of become a part-time job in itself.

My advice to you guys is get any experience you can before graduating. And if you've already graduated and don't have any experience or very little, keep looking and don't stop applying. The last thing you want to do is wait too long making you unappealing to any employer. Be willing to accept lower paying jobs or internships in your field, stick through them for a while, then move on to a real, full-time job.
