Recipe! Roll out pizza dough (I buy store pizza dough and divide it in 2 or 3) and top with 1 T olive oil and 1-2 T garlic paste. Spread all over (like sauce on a pizza). Topped with fontina, aged goat cheddar and extra sharp provolone. Add deli ham (or cooked bacon, cooked sausage) to cover. Then add slightly undercooked scrambled eggs (seasoned with salt and pepper). Roll up and cut into rounds (about 1 inch thick). Place on greased or oiled sheet pan. Topped with everything but the bagel seasoning. Cook 425 for 15-17 minutes. Reheats well and lasts the week.
