I'm sorry that I can't grow many happy chemicals on a fallout covered field after you've repeatedly nuked it for almost a generation. I've been growing some and that is mostly to prevent you from going rogue and blasting me with a shotgun pellet while I try to take care of things. The happy factory is broken and most of the equipment is destroyed and I can fix it but I can't rebuild the whole damn thing with a monthly earning. How about you keep doing what you are doing for some time instead of expecting fast results? Call me in like a year or so and we'll see it from there. Rome wasn't built in a day and it sure as shit was not repaired in a day, either.
