All the pictures we're seeing are from when children were caught trying to cross alone (not the same as the current insane practice of ripping children away from their families) a few years ago. They are simply the nearest comparable images we have available since photographers are not permitted inside. You need to read the horrified decriptions of those who have been inside to really get a sense of how awful it is.
Trump and the GOP will finally give in and stop separating children from their parents. Trump will claim to have rescued the children from the Democrats. Count on it.
