People like to share and post things about their lives, which is fine. However, it sometimes feels like the social media platforms are viewed as a self-reporting scoreboard for success or uniqueness without really having to interact with anyone at all. If you're not feeling great about where you are in life, it's absolutely toxic.

Was watching tv earlier, for some reason was just annoyed at the fact that I’m constantly on it or going to check it. Can’t enjoy a show like you used too, just no phone, no social media bs, and the internet wasn’t as advanced. I mean, it’s crazy when you tell yourself you don’t know what you would do without something, when you were fine without it for years.
