How did you manage to keep your grass? Ours ate it all! They have the run of the yard. Also that tomato? plant would be gone in a day

We finally have our golden trained to put the chickens back into their fenced area.

It used to be that she would come down and "help" us, which largely meant terrifying the chicken and chasing it. Then we got her to stay calm and go to where we instructed to heard the chickens towards us.

A couple weeks ago for the first time I was able to tell her to "go put the chickens away" and she carefully and slowly herded them into a corner against a part of the fence that they're able to jump over and back into the garden at. Boy did she get a "good girl" for that.
