Unfortunately there was still small traces left of the rebellion. They are still sparking tensions. They are of course in a weakened state. But still alive.
I think a better option would be to burn them up.

Comrade the rebellion is no laughing matter! These womp rats spread like bacteria and must be rehabilitated. Only then will the rebellion be erased and the mercy and glory of the empire made obvious!
