My wife is a doctor. She tells me that (before her time) doctors used to use all sorts of inappropriate acronyms and terms in their private notes. She was once looking at some old paediatric notes and had to ask a senior colleague what “FLK” stood for. It was Funny Looking Kid.

My discharge papers once said I was well nourished and supple.
I think the supple part had something to do with my lymph nodes, but deep down I'll always believe the doctor was saying I was fat with big tiddies
