Tommy Lee Jones will come up with a plan to dam or divert the lava away from the house. Then you just need the cops and firemen to manually carry and doublestack the dividers to form a barrier wall, then the firetrucks to hold them in place against the weight of the lava.
If that fails, set a landspeed record in planting and detonating explosive charges from your house all the way back to the ocean to divert the flow.
