I’ve never been asked this. Usually it’s “where do you see yourself in 5 years?” And I have to say something other than “working somewhere better than this place.”
The internal culture that it seems you've fostered here could really help me grow personally and professionally. And I believe that my personality and professionalism will be a valuable asset in continuing to foster that culture. Also I love food and shelter.
