I feel like there are 3 ways to handle this
The proper way: Empty the machine and make sure you find the screw.
The lazy way that hides your guilt: Pretend there is no screw then act surprised and horrified when a customer finds it.
The lazy way that also proves you were negligent and completely at fault for the future lawsuit: What they did...
