I mean, if you in there studying for hours I'ma trust you more than everyone that could possibly walk in there.

Much less risk in trusting a specific stranger rather than trusting that every single stranger is on the straight and narrow.

There was a study (the Beach Blanket experiment), about whether asking someone to watch your stuff would do anything. Turns out, asking someone to watch your stuff made them challenge someone taking it 95% of the time, compared to 20% of the time when you say nothing.
