Let’s keep real ... if they gave him custody, chances are she’s not gonna be good for providing child support payments lol

That’s not how it works. Child support is decided by the courts and is generally automatically owed if one parent gets full custody. It’s not something one parent can “put on” the other.

My husband had to go to the friend of the court 3 times to get his exwife’s court ordered child support started. On the third visit he spoke with the manager upset that they kept messing up the court order and sending money from his check to the non-custodial mom. The manager admitted then that she remembered the previous two orders and thought the clerks put them in wrong and “fixed” them because shes never seen a woman ordered to pay support to the man before. What a joke that manager was.

My kids biological mom has paid child support faithfully every two weeks since the divorce (9 years ago now). There are actually women out there that pay and don’t bitch about it being unfair. She doesn’t have custody and both parties knew that was for the best.
