I spent 45 minutes last week trying to explain to my parents why they didn't see the same posts on Facebook when they log into their shared account from different devices at different times. Mom has an iPad, but Dad gave up on learning to use it. Mom will see something funny, and tell Dad to go to the computer, log into Facebook and look at it. She gets enraged when he has to scroll forever to find it, or it disappears altogether.
I used to work for Netflix customer service and I’d have elderly people every day tell me they have multiple accounts. Once they were finished yelling at me they would realize it was just one account signed into multiple devices. Good times

My dad thinks each computer has it's own gmail. He was unaware he could check his gmail anywhere.
