My brother had a hatchet and some other tools in the back of his hatchback way back in the day and got into a minor accident where he swerved to avoid a car accident ahead of him and hit a curb and spun off the side of the road.
He got our of the car to survey the damage and when he went to get back in to see if it would start up, he saw the hatchet from the back was pretty well embedded in the back of the driver's side headrest.
