Yeah- my friend had an ex who would leave his brights on because he didn't want to change the regular headlight. Nothing made me madder than finding out that assclown had no problem risking lives because he was too lazy and irresponsible to drive safely.
It's like they don't care about other people to the point they don't realize how being so inconsiderate actually puts them in more danger.

If this happens to me I pull over and just let them pass.
Once they pass I give them a dose of their own medicine.
