My pup had parvo at roughly the same age give or take a few weeks. Took her to the vet after she stopped eating and started puking and pooping a bunch on day 2. They kept her about 5 days then I took her home and had to administer an IV and feed her plain chicken a few more days but she pulled through and is the best friend I ever had.

Don't forget to clean everything you have before you bring her back into your house. You need to do it with a bleach solution.
