Makes it kind of sad looking at this realizing how they went and pretty much Debbie died because of heartbreak that her daughter passed away. But then it's kind of nice because they look so happy so it's like that old saying the good times are so great because of the sad times.

I miss Debbie Reynolds. She was such a spitfire! I grew up with her as Grandma Aggie in the Halloweentown movies, and then I was introduced to her work in classic films like Singin’ in the Rain and The Catered Affair. I’m from Johnson City, TN and when she was building her Hollywood museum in Pigeon Forge, I followed the updates on it religiously. It sadly never opened, and she was forced to sell off all her Hollywood memorabilia. I’ll never forget how sad I was when I caught her on daytime TV, in her 70’s, sitting on the couch of The View with Charlie Chaplin’s bowler hat on her head, forced to hawk the auction of her life’s work. And yet, she herself never betrayed a trace of sadness.

Like the characters she played, Debbie Reynolds was unsinkable.

Billie Lourde (carries daughter) looks so much like her mom!
