There are few greater embarrassments than being exposed as a stupid tourist in another country.

Here are some words to stay clear of to avoid feeling foolish overseas.

A DRUNK tourist had a very rough night after he got lost on his way back to his hotel and found himself climbing the Italian Alps.

An Estonian tourist known as Pavel, has been enjoying a few drinks at Cervinia, a resort in Italy’s Valle d’Aosta, when he decided to call it a night and head back to his hotel.

According to Italian newspaperLa Stampa, Pavel seemed not to notice that he had taken a wrong turn and was heading up the mountain side until it was too late.

Staff discovered Pavel in the morning, passed out on a makeshift bed made out of a bench and a few cushions.

Local police have said that he will be fined for his drunken escapade but will not be charged. »

T.J. Miller Arrested for Allegedly Reporting False Bomb Threat

Former “Silicon Valley” star T.J. Miller was arrested on Monday night at LaGuardia Airport in New York for allegedly reporting a false bomb threat in March, according to the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut.

Miller, 36, was charged with “intentionally conveying to law enforcement false information about an explosive device on a train traveling to Connecticut.”

The complaint alleges that Miller, motivated by a grudge against the woman, called 911 to relay false information about a bomb on the train. »
