Am I supposed to pretend my phone isn't always on me?
Addendum: as an aside, I'm not telling anyone else how they need to handle their messaging life. If you take a half hour or two days to respond, that's cool. I'm not mad. You do you. But if I get a message from you, you're probably important to me, and responding quickly is my way to show it.

I catch myself doing this very often, then I wait about 30 seconds to press send.
