Is this inside the big crater? How do you get there exactly? Can anyone just hike there?

Not to take away from the photo but this is a composite. You won't get a good exposure on the milky way with a full moon.

Edit: guys I do a fair bit of astro photography (mostly in Hawaii.) I make lots of composites myself and thus know when I see one
