I’m an eye doc. I’ve toured both plants from J and J. Acuvue brand lenses are only made in 2 factories. One in Florida and one in Ireland. Most of the Ireland lenses are shipped around the world. Most Florida lenses go to the US. But when there is major hurricane issues in Florida lenses from Ireland will be sent over to keep the warehouses at peak levels. So 6 months to 1 year later you happen to receive a box from each. Each plant can and will produce all powers and products.
