Just recently had some Ube rolled ice cream. If you like Taro (essentially tastes like cookies and cream), Ube is like its more flavorful cousin.

This raises the important question of how tall a "sandwich" can get before it stops being a sandwich and becomes just a big pile of filling with incidental bread/pastry on two of its sides.
