Having been to northern Europe and searched for Mexican food there, i want to believe this is true but in my heart i know it cannot be so

Is this like, taco truck or black market style restaurants served in Latino neighborhood basements where the grandma is making the food or suburban white with no Latino population style where everything is added with extra cheese style?
