To the people who realize that he can move his legs and he can most likely walk(his shoes are dirty) you have to realize that not everyone in a wheel chair is paralyzed. He most likely has mobility issues (palsy or missing muscles) making it incredibly painful to walk a long distance, even a few metres could probably really hurt
