For anyone who cares: this is an illustration of a scene from Paradise Lost. Satan, on the left, is on an adventure to go ruin humanity forever when he runs into his daughter, Sin. Her flesh below the waist becomes like a dress and beneath that are their incest-children, the three dogs of Famine, Pestilence and Sickness. On the right is the strongest of their children, Death, who immediately starts shit with Satan. In the book he’s described not as a skeleton but as a shadowy cloud with a black pyramid for a head holding an arrow.
