It's funny because I've seen actual cabs with the opposite they look like cabs in the front but police cars from the back with the same type of anti-drunk driving messages posted on them.
Phoenix has cars with no police badging, an example is an 80s full size blazer with raiders stickers all over it, lifted and looks ready for 4x4 activities, nope cop patrolling the highways.
