When I was working in a bakery when I was a teen in Juneau, Alaska and every Thursday I’d help prep the Challah loaves by braiding and braiding the dough one by one. The bakery would bake the loaves every Friday morning and the people of Juneau couldn’t buy enough. We would always sell out. This picture brings back memories.
