If you would like more evidence that the circle is the same one Thor made, you can watch the video where Thor leaves and study the environment that he, Cap, and Tony are standing at. You will see that they are right in the corner of the sidewalk and those weird sloped windows. In the Ant-Man shot, the circle is in that exact spot.
