Today I reached my goal weight! Over the last 7 years, I’ve literally lost a whole person. I had bariatric surgery 10/5/2010, and have lost a total 207 pounds. Now I can run, do CrossFit, and am actually living life!
If you don’t mind me asking, is it like in the movies that, after, your skin become droopy? I literally don’t know anything about it and am genuinely curious (not judgy at all).
Also, r/HeresTo 🍻 you for being awesome and accomplishing your goals!

I'm the heaviest I've ever been but I'm just wishing I will change. I have never had to even think about it now I see how much you have done. I'm so impressed that you have taken the steps to lose that much weight, congratulations.
