According to Facebook and Pinterest, the photographer/digital artist is Diego Stevenson (aka Diego Hernandez).
Edit: I have been able to find the source, diegostevnson and j.diegoph on Instagram . Unfortunately, the version there, doesn't appear to be any higher quality than OP's. It also provides the following caption:

They are selling this image on phone covers, rugs, tote bags, pillows, etc. on a website where they refer to themself as Diego PH. There they title it "Morning Glory."
On Instigram they call themself a digitial artist. So as other people have suspected, and his other work shows, this has been heavily digitally manipulated.

Yes this is shopped. You can clearly see the background clouds overlapping the foreground rocks, and the tree to the left is transparent.
It's still a great composition though.
