Saigon there's a shit ton of hip places like this located almost every where in District 1. Especially in Nguyen Hue street there's a complex building that has only cafes and some boutique shops, if you look at the building on the Walking Boulevard (phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ) you'll find that building almost immediately. And a trick to find these kind of cafes you wanna download the app called Foody, boy i tell ya that app helps a lot!
