I feel like that would just wash off with some fresh, uncontaminated water from the shower. It looks like it’s just resting on her body, not actually “in” her skin.
I actually got one of these as a gift for Xmas and used it . . . It creates a film on the top of the water so if you get straight out it can cling to your skin like this. It will wash right off if you agitate the water though lol
