I think the problem with these kind of posts and posts about the new “makeup trends” are the assumption that people are doing this for fashion and going out in public like this.
While some people might be doing that, I believe most posts with outlandish tastes in makeup and nail art are meant to be appreciated as just art. Not for practical use.
