Data collected and graphed on excel, overall loss 126lb over 126 weeks.

edit:

I'm honoured for front page and thanks for the gold whoever did that, a few answers

Excel actually very happily would give me a log graph, i'll try and upload the raw data for anyone who is interested in it i just need to get it off my work computer

Age: Now 30, was 27 when i started the journey height: 5'10 (i actually have gained a little height from losing the weight.. no we don't understand how) Loss was almost entirely diet based, i'm not inactive but didn't actively up my activity levels (there may have been a passive increase in activity levels)

I measured my weight in stones but lb's are easier to graph in an understandable manner, i would have done it in Kilo's but i knew that wouldn't be relatable for most americans.

I'm sorry i missed the axis labels, i was just a little excited and rushed myself to get the graph up, the bottom is weeks, the side is lb's.

I'll try and get a copy of the data up when i can, it's on my work computer and i'm struggling to connect to it remotely at the moment.

Left and top middle are before, bottom middle and right are now-ish, sorry most of my pictures from befrore are me in costume of some kind

Metric version of graph, sorry for the quality:

Do you ever consider going somewhere new?

In all seriousness, good job on losing so much. How much more are you looking to lose?

My favorite part of these is it shows how well moderation works. You can still have fun and forget about your diet when the time calls for it, but as long you practice discipline outside of these moments, progress builds up quickly. Congrats, my dude!
