Losing 100 pounds from 267 is a huge change so congrats on that.
It'd be interesting to do some analysis of your weight loss velocity between your "slips" and immediately following. While you could physically gain several pounds from a single meal you'd have to be chowing down KFC like a competitive eater for it to be a genuine fat gain. Seems far more likely to be retention of water and food mass which you rapidly lose in the following week or so as you return to your normal eating.
I really liked your anecdotes about slipping up/indulging. You didn't beat yourself up too hard, which is probably you were able to stay on the path.
I keep a fairly healthy diet and when I binge I often feel like crap, too. It's like I stay healthy because I'm too lazy to deal with feeling bad, haha.

Mind if I ask your age, gender, and height? I'm currently on my own weightless journey and this is very inspiring
