Be careful with this guy! His trumpet can give you the “annoyed” status effect, which incapacitates you for a second. But if you have the Noise Cancelling Earmuffs, you won’t be effected!
This is not an actual bossfight, but once you encounter him in the wild he will start appearing within differwnt bossfights and buff the bosses. Don't worry though, he doesn't have the greatest health
