To be honest, in the past five years, I have chosen my residences based in part on proximity to supermarkets... the reason is, besides work, they're the only places I'm a regular at.
Think about it... if you go somewhere sufficiently often enough, it makes sense to live a bit closer to it. That's why people, if they're wise, try and live closer to work, when they can.

Not the trashiest thing I've seen here. Seems like a pretty good strategy. It would take me a day or two to walk to Walmart from my house.
