That is now the SoHo Garden Hotel. Though that’s relatively new. The building was renovated maybe 6-9 years ago. There used to be a fun Ukrainian speakeasy on the 2nd fl.
Not sure when Dave’s closed but I can confirm it hasn’t been there for the last 18 yrs. I’ve lived or worked within a mile of this corner for that whole time. It’s changed a lot. A lot a lot.
