With Ewan's recent success, there's no way Disney could pass him up for Obi-Wan. The only way I see them casting somebody else is if they decide to make the movies based on Obi-Wan's time before Episode I, where a younger actor would be necessary.
But even then you could almost de-age him. So there's really no excuse not to cast him.
