I remember stepping off of the train in Brussels and seeing a waffle cart. Not wanting to get my heart broken, I reined in my expectations. To this day, that was the best damn waffle I have ever eaten.

For those wondering: this is the Mont des Arts in Brussels, directly in front of the Musée de la Musique and very close to the Palais Royal and the Place Poelaert !
