So Washington was alive when Buchanan was born, and he was alive when Taft was born. Taft was alive when H. W. Bush was born. Four Presidents have seen the entire history of our country.

Also just figured out that the combined age of the 2 oldest verified people (not living) is 241 years and 261 days, which is a few months more than the U.S.'s current age of 241 years and ~183 days.
