My dog used to do this every morning and resume his sleeps in between my feets. I started laying out an extra towel for him for some extra cushion. When I got in the shower he'd adjust so his entire body was leaning against the tub. When I got out and was blow drying my hair he'd sit in between my legs and look up at me closing his eyes as droplets of water hit his little head. He was the best.
