I live in SWFL and after Irma I was clearing a tree that had fallen on a shed, which apparently had been a secret hideout for an entire colony of these roaches. As I was clearing the debris they began to scatter in every direction desperately seeking any crack, crevice, or gap they could squeeze into. It soon became clear that I had rang the dinner bell for all the neighboring lizards as I watched in squeamish fascination as many of them were swiftly snatched and consumed faster than a fat kid with a Kit-Kat.
